I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with specialty training in trauma, substance use concerns, and relational issues. My practice is dedicated to improving relationships of all kinds. I primarily work with athletes to improve performance and work through slumps in your sport which may be related to past injury, trauma, stress, substance concerns and other issues. I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and use brainspotting in my sports performance work to help athletes remove subconscious barriers and feel more confident in their sport; this modality can be especially helpful when there is anxiety present but unknown cause. I have a special interest in working with equestrians ( as one myself) and offer equine therapy ( as well as other modalities) to those equestrians who would like to engage their horse in their therapy process. My therapy process is direct but gentle, and I provide a safe and supportive place for you to heal, grow, and find yourself in your sport again.
